We accept payment via secure online methods.

Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to receive a refund if there is a major failure in the service provided. If the service provided is not of acceptable quality, but the issue doesn't amount to a major failure, you have the right to request the service to be provided again.

 

Confidentiality

When conducting audits, we primarily use publicly accessible information about your property. This includes the details listed on your property's listing and may involve information from other platforms or booking sites featuring your property. On occasions, we may require additional information from you regarding specific features of your property that are not readily available in the public domain.

If you opt for our update service, where we edit your listing on your behalf, you'll need to grant us temporary administrative access to your listing. Once the update is complete, we'll remind you to revoke our temporary access and request you to do so promptly. During the update process, any information we have access to will be treated with strict confidentiality. We won't share your information with any third parties without your consent, unless legally required to do so.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide informed, thorough and reliable services, many variables contribute to success in the short-term rental industry and we cannot guarantee outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to financial losses or legal disputes.

 

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website and provided as part of our services are our intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to reports, documents, and recommendations.

You agree not to sell, license, rent, reproduce, modify, distribute, copy, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from these materials without our express permission.
